Back Ground: I qualified as a Draughtsman (detailer) designing concrete and Steel reinforcement, then
went on to designing shops in Oxford Street.
I extended my career path at College for a further 4 years learning about general building works. In the
Year 2000 I was Head of Store Developments for a very large retailer controlling 7 million pound budgets also in-charge of
New build out of town sheds, maintaining 227 large retail units across the UK, including Merchandising, and managing in-house
Project Managers and 150 contractors. When i hit 50 last year in 2007 I took a view to relocate to this wonderful Island with
my Family to enjoy life alittle.
